Opened Australia's largest dedicated climate tech hub

In Sydney's new shiny Salesforce Tower, we opened a 3-storey co-working space dedicated to helping climate tech founders scale their businesses. Within 5 months of opening, we reached 85% capacity in a co-working landscape that is currently struggling.

Partnered with the World Economic Forum

A global project to generate a demand signal for near-zero emission steel, this project saw us contacting steel makers, steel purchasers, and enabling technology companies to centralise them around a commitment to buying, selling, and producing steel that emits 13% of the emissions of regular crude steel.

Took 14 founders camping on a business boot camp

As a founder, finding open air to work on your business is hard to come by. We partnered with KPMG High Growth Ventures to take 14 founders off-site camping in the bush, connecting with each other, investors, exited founders, and working through a proprietary business model blueprint created by our founder Creel Price.

Re-built the Greenhouse website

The first order of business when I joined the team was rebuilding the website to be up to spec and reflective of our current offerings in market. We needed a site that displayed the Tech Hub well and gave a first impression of our two new services launching to market shortly: Programs and Challenges. More edits are being made to this site as we speak.

A story about launching a climate tech hub

I'll try keep it brief.

After building the brand in stealth with Investible, we launched Greenhouse fully out to market in late-2023. In the span of a few months, we'd opened Australia's largest dedicated climate tech hub, partnered with the World Economic Forum to generate a demand signal for near-zero emission steel, and collaborated with Investment NSW and KPMG High Growth Ventures to help founders scale their businesses.
